Tuesday's Tool or Technique!

So this past Friday I invited some Demonstrator friends of mine over to my house for a Shoe Box Swap. If you don't know what that is, here is the low down. Each person prepares a sample and cuts and prepares all the supplies needed for the number of people who RSVP'd. Then we get together and have so much fun putting each project/card together. I'm only showing one of the projects today, as I'm going to use several of the ideas for my March Clubs and Workshops, and I don't want to let the cat out of the bag per say. I want it to be a surprise what you'll see this month when you come. Every thing we made on Friday was so darn cute and we had a blast.

This card that I'm sharing today is a twist card that Sue Brown saw on Andrea Walford's blog while she was blog hopping. Here is the link to her card she posted.
Sue brought her Big Shot and we had fun using the Scallop Circle #2 Bigs Dies (197), the Stampin' Up! Backgrounds 1 Textured Plates (page 203), and the Cheep Talk stamp set (page 90), and the Circle Scissor Plus (page 188). Several of these items are on my wish list and after making this project - I can't wait to get them!

This is a picture of my friends who are also Demonstrators. From L to R; T, Barbara, Karen, and Sue. I have so much fun getting together with other demonstrators and sharing ideas. It's one of the perks of being a demonstrator and part of the SU! family. While we ate lunch and caught up, we decided this needed to be a monthly occurance - it's just that much fun! Thanks for coming over ladies and for the terrific ideas. You are all very talented!!!
