Friday's Spotlight...

For today's spotlight...I thought I'd share our pictures from our Southwest Demonstrator Meeting. It was this past Tuesday night at Karen Reids home. She had her place all decorated so beautifully and had set the tables with her Christmas China. It was wonderful to be with friends and fellow demonstrators, and we added two new one's to our group! Mary Fish and Katie Labadie both moved here to we were glad they could come. We also do a gift exchange and I included pictures of the swapped gifts - some really GREAT GIFT IDEAS for you!!!

Karen's Table settings for our group dinner and gift exchange.

A beautiful basket of candles, evergreens, fresh pomigranites, and cranberries.

Her fireplace all lit up and decorated.

A beautifully decorated tree and her primative Santa collection on top of her pie safe.

After dinner we cleared the tables and food and relaxed in Karens living room for the gift exchange. (L-R) Amanda Harbison, T Huggins, Sue Smedley.

(L-R) Cathy & Mark Gray, Mary Fish, Katie Labadie.

(L-R) Elena Rock, Barbara Phillips, Sue Brown.

Karen Reid.

This was the exchange gift Sue Brown made - a Big Shot Rag Purse.

Elena Rock made this cute glass jar using vinayl and her Big Shot.

Mary Fish made this adorable box and I was the lucky recipiant! Inside was an embossilit die.

Sue Smedley made this adorable picture frame with hand stamped art. She even was able to get the frame on sale at a big box craft store!

Mark Gray made this cute basket and filled it with candy and this cute 2010 desk calendar.

Barbara Phillips made a lapel pin using her Big Shot and fabric.

T Huggins made this very cute lattern. It is lit by a battery operated candle and she stamped several pieces of vellum for different looks thru out the year.

Karen Reid made this gorgeous ornament out of 3x3 pieces of paper. She spent hours creating it and it's just beautiful - this picture does not do it justice!

Amanda Harbison created this "Believe" framed artwork using the ornament punch, stamps, and embossing powder.

Cathy Gray made this bulletin board filled with lot's of cute items.

Traci Faust made this cute see thru box full of Christmas tags!

Katie Labadie made a desk set (not everything pictured), but I did take pictures of the boxed card set, paper clip, and note pad!

My gift was an altered tin lunchbox from a big box craft store full of Valentine's & Love notes.
