Another Halloween Treat straight from Convention 2008!

This is such a cute idea. Take a branch from a tree in your yard (or someone else's) and spray paint it black. (you can leave it natural if you prefer) Then add your halloween decorations made with stamps, punches, etc. The little hanging treat holders are made from a circle punch (Bottom) and a piece of decorative or cardstock paper in the form of a tube. (Use Crystal Effects to hold together) Then use ribbon to hang and embelish to complete. Use to reward kids or as a decoration for your home. You can also make larger treat hangers by using a circle cutter and a paper towel or toilet paper tube. Cover with decorative paper, embelish and Enjoy!
