Above is the card I made for our JUNE CARD SWAP. I used the ITTY BITTY BANNERS and UP, UP, & AWAY sets. I also used the PERFECT POLKA DOT EMBOSSING FOLDER & the BITTY BANNER FRAMELITS.
Below you will see how you can "step up" the card by adding a few embellishments...RHINESTONES & 1/4" STITCHED GROSGRAIN RIBBON. It only takes a little extra to make it stand out even more.
