Tuesday's Tool ; SU! Adhesives

Here is an explanation of each of the above adhesives to help you gauge which is right for your project.

SNAIL: ■ 472” of double-sided adhesive■ Great for cards, scrapbooks, or other art projects■ Keeps fingers and art pieces free from messy glue■ Refill cartridges sold separately■ Permanent; creates a strong bond

DIMENSIONALS: ■ 300 1/16" double-sided, self-adhesive foam mounts■ Use multiple Stampin’ Dimensionals for multilevel projects or added height■ Great for layering■ I LOVE my dimensionals!

DOTTO: ■ Convenient dispenser rolls dots from paper backing onto card stock, photograph, or accent■ Adhesive is solvent free and acid free■ Refill available

POP-UP GLUE DOTS: ■ Bond instantly to a variety of materials including paper, fabric, wood, foam, plastic, and more■ Easy to use■ Photo safe■ 75 Glue Dots per roll

MINI GLUE DOTS: ■ 300 per roll; each dot measures approximately 3/16" in diameter■ Great for attaching embellishments; adheres to paper, fabric, wood, foam, plastic, and more

2 WAY GLUE PEN: ■2-Way Glue is versatile and provides a permanent or temporary bond ■ It's perfect for masking or working with stencils ■The chisel tip makes it easy to get just the right amount of glue for adding glitter■Let the glue dry after you’ve applied it (it will become clear), and it will work just like a sticky note■I love using this when I apply glitter.

STICKY TAPE: ■ Double-sided, pressure-sensitive acrylic adhesive.■ Acid free■ 1/4" wide■ 10 yards■ Comes in a zippered plastic bag for convenient storage■Very strong adhesive I use on anything I really do not want to come apart!

TOMBOW MULTIPURPOSE ADHESIVE: ■ Adhesive can be both permanent or temporary depending on how it is applied■ Works great for adhering card stock or Designer Series paper to chipboard■ Excellent for adhering Stampin’ Glitter to surfaces■ dual-tipped applicator

SU! ANYWHERE GLUE STICKS: ■ Odorless and permanent■ 2 per package■ 20 grams of solid glue each■ Square corner edge for hard-to-reach areas

I hope these explanations will help you decide on the right adhesive product for your project. I have used evrything above except for (2): the Tombow Multipurpose Adhesive & the Dotto. I know other demonstrators that swar by these two products and they use them and are happy with them and the result they acheive with them. For the others...I love using them and most of them I use on a daily basis!
