Friday's Spotlight...
A quick share for you today. On Wednesday my Activity Day girls joined the younger group for a Halloween Activity at the church building. We had (3) stations for the girls to rotate through. My station (a BIG THANKS to Kimberly Hewett for helping with this) were the cute candy corn's above. The used the Wicked Cool stamp set and made these. It held candy for them to take home. The other stations they participated in were, decorating halloween cookies, and halloween games. Everyone seemed to have fun and they all looved the candy corns they made!

Your punches are one of the greatest tools you have to create with. Take a close look at the ghost and tombstone. Yes this is the Large Tag Punch and the Owl Punch. Friday's Spotlight...
I have a couple of items that were given to me that I wanted to share with you. The first is a card by one of my downline members, Mai Larsen. She used the Wicked Cool stamp set and the Ornament Punch to create this great card!The second item is of a Luminary that my upline, Sue Brown, made using the Spider Web Embossing folder, Fancy Favor Box Die, and Vellum.
I have really enjoyed these two items and just wanted to spotlight them and say thanks for the terrific ideas ladies!

Wednesday's Card or Scrapbook Share...
Today I have a scrapbook page that I demonstrated in this months Scrapbook Club to share with you. It uses the "Greeting Card Kids" stamp set - which I LOVE! I shared with my club members how you can take a card and build a scrapbook page around it. We all get cards that either are special or to darn cute to part with...so why not take it and use it in a way that we will always remember it.
The card opens to reveal a spot for two photographs.

HI THERE!
Hi everyone, I just wanted to thank each and every one of you for your patience, well wishes, and cards. I am doing better each day and am actually allowed to sit for very small amounts of time...so wanted to take advantage and sit at the computer (How I wished we had a laptop! I'd be posting from bed and blog hopping!) and jot a quick note to you. I still have a difficult time sitting & standing, and I'm REALLY tired of laying! The pain I had down one leg is now down both, but that is expected with me doing a little more each day and having swelling in my back. I should be back to regular posting next week - so make sure to come back and visit.
