Available individually or in a set: Available individually in exclusive Stampin’ Up! colors; Available in a single color family (set of 12), Available in Neutrals assortment (set of 4); Available in In Color Family (set of 6)
Available as a collection of all 4 color families, packaged in a rigid plastic case with individual compartments and a handle (set of 48)
Odorless, water-based dye ink

Xylene Free
Nontoxic
Quick Trick
To achieve a soft, watercolor look, outline your image with a Stampin’ Write marker, and then use a blender pen, Aqua Painter, or water-dampened watercolor brush to pull and blend the marker colors into the area you desire. You can custom-color images by coloring directly on the stamp. Use the flexible brush tip on its side to shade and blend colors right on the rubber. The fine point lets you easily color small areas of the stamp. You can also omit parts of the design by coloring only those features you want to stamp.
Store markers on their sides to keep ink evenly distributed between both tips.
Information was taken from resources available to Stampin’ Up! Demonstrators including the Stampin’ Up! Product Guide and the Stampin’ Up! Demonstrator website and from the Stampin’ Up! Online Store.

Mojo Monday

Hi Everyone!
Thanks for checking in today to see what I came up with using the Mojo Monday Sketch. I hope you like it! I have had Christmas and the Holidays on my mind trying to plan ahead lately.
As a side note, beginning the First of October, my weekday blogs will be different due to some changes that have come down from Stampin' Up! and what content we can/can't put on our blogs. I will no longer be participating in the (3) weekday sketch challenges. But I am really excited to share with you more tutorials, project ideas, & card ideas. I am also working on some videos to share with you - so PLEASE check back for some new and exciting changes!
Thanks so Much - Kendra

p.s. - Sorry this post is so much later than my normal posts! My sweet husband surprised me by taking the day off and taking me out for an all day date!

Scrapbook Basics!

Scrapbooks without journaling are just pretty photo albums. While the famous quote says that a picture is worth a thousand words, in your scrapbooks pictures can only be counted on to tell part of the story. Do you have trouble including journaling on your scrapbook pages? Perhaps you need to try a different style of journaling to get your writing jump-started. Choose one of these five ideas for the journaling on your next scrapbook page layout.
1. The Basic Five W's -
Who, what, when, where, and why or the “Just the facts, Ma’am” style of journaling is the most comfortable style for most scrapbookers. What this style lacks in emotion it usually makes up for in details. If this is the style that you use most often, you may want to try another style to add some additional depth to your scrapbooks.
2. List or Bullet Point Journaling -
Quick ideas and details can be added to your pages using bullet points or numbered journaling. You can use this style to add several, short thoughts to your layouts. You can do a "My Favorite Things" list or a Top Ten list. Lists also work well for numbered journaling that goes with numbered photos on a layout.
3. Quotes, Poems, & Song Lyrics -
Some of the best words for your scrapbook pages do not have to be original. Quotes, words from songs, and poems all can be used to add feeling to your journaling.
4. Letter Writing Journaling -
Start with the word “dear” and end with “Love, Mom” and you have letter writing journaling. You can use this to add little notes that will be treasured by your children as they look through your albums in the future.
5. Thoughts & Feelings -
Rather than just telling your reader about the facts in the photos, this style of journaling tells them what the people in the photos were feeling, or your own thoughts as you look at the photos. Use this style as an opportunity to include emotions that can sometimes be lacking with other types of journaling.

Color Throw Down Challenge Card

This is my Color Throw Down Challenge Card. All supplies used are from SU! & the set I used is called Priceless. The technique is "Direct to Paper". I really enjoyed using these colors together and hope that you'll play along too and check out there site for other cards using this same color combo - it's always fun to see others interpetations and designs!
Have a great Wednesday!

Tuesday's Tool, Technique, or Tutorial...

TECHNIQUE: Direct To Paper

Try this technique the next time you stamp something. Instead of using a sponge wedge or dauber...take your ink pad directly to your paper and ink it up as seen above in the (3) samples. Just another way to add dimension, and interest to a page, card or project. Have fun trying this technique!

Sunday Share...

Sunday Share is not sketches from Page Maps...but rather my August Club Demonstrations.
Many of you have asked when I was going to post these - so here they are, finally! These were our "On Time Drawing" prizes for August. These darling purses are made using the Top Note Bigz Die.

I also wanted to share a project that my customer and fellow stamper put together for gifts for teachers at her school for Halloween. These were made by the very talented, Lisa Ludeke.
Thanks Lisa for sharing these with us:)

My tree theme for August was based on "Back To School". I decorated my tree with "Pencils" made from life savors & a Hersy Kiss with corragated card stock and a punched apple tag. I also made larger apples using my different punches.

This was the card I demonstrated using our clear window sheets. The idea came from Dawn Griffiths another talented demonstrator! She used it with a Christmas set and I decided to use an everyday set! These are so cute, different, and very easy!

This was another card I made and used the Heat Emboss and Bleaching technique with an Aqua Painter Brush to lift the color from the cardstock. This is a very fun technique!

This page was an under five minute page...we are always strapped for time and sometimes have very very little of it for playing...so this page is a guilt free take 5 page!

This page was one of my favorite to demonstrate! It's an inter-active page with a cupcake that spins - otherwise known as a "Spinner Page'.

This was our Card & Project Clubs Make-N-Take.

This was our Scrapbook Make-N-Take page.

I hope you have enjoyed this Sunday Share and check back soon for other fun projects. Make sure to take time to play this week!

Happy Creating,
Kendra
